After experiencing depression, mental health, and hardships, Nichole’s passion for good food and a shared passion for health and wellness led her to create Kare Granola. Nichole’s mission is to contribute to a healthier world while giving back to the community, one granola at a time.

Red Cap Hot Sauce puts “flavour first, heat second.” We bring you the most authentic Trini-style pepper sauce. Peppa’ Sauce as we like to call it, it’s unlike anything you’ve ever tasted before!
We have one sauce — it’s our family recipe, the one we grew up with on the kitchen counter. After sharing it with so many friends, we’d like to share it with you!
When people try our sauce, the common reaction is that it’s very “fresh!”. We’d love for you to try a sample — whether you’re ‘new to spice’ or a die hard spice warrior, we’re sure you’ll agree that our sauce is quite flavourful.
We used to live near Locke Street, and still live nearby in Burlington. We use local ingredients whenever possible, and all our current batches are made with 100% Ontario-grown scotch bonnet and red bell peppers.
